The festival is located at River's Edge Campground.

What’s the earliest we can arrive?
Gates open and check-in begins at 12pm on Thursday.

Can we check into our camping spot at any time?

NO.

Camping check-in begins at 12pm and ends at 9pm daily.

If you arrive after check-in is closed YOU WILL NOT be able to set up camp

River's Edge runs all the camping. 

If you arrive late there's nothing we can do!

Will tickets be sold at the gate?
Yes.

Weekend Pass - $150

Thursday Only - $50

Friday Only - $75

Saturday Only - $75

Do tickets include camping?
NO.

Camping is purchased separately from River's Edge Campground. 

Primitive campsites, RV sites, and more can be booked at www.appleriver.com

Camping may be purchased on-site between 12:00pm and 9:00pm

I'm not camping. Can I go to the campgrounds? The pool? Mini-golf?

Yes, with the purchase of a day pass for $10.

Day campground passes will be available on-site.

Can I drive to / park at my campsite?

Yes.  Drive slowly and with caution at all times.

Will I need my ID at the gate?
Yes.

Photo IDs will be checked at the gate.

You MUST be 21+ to drink.

Zero-tolerance policy for underage consumption of alcohol or illegal drug use.

Are children free? What are the ID requirements?
Children 15 & under are free. 

Anyone under 18 needs their parent or legal guardian present.

When is the music?
Thursday: 3:00pm - 2:00am

Friday: 12:00pm - 2:00am

Saturday: 11:00am - 2:00am

Is there a bar on site? What about food?
Yes!

River's Edge is providing a full bar and food vending area.

Can I bring my own booze?

Yes - in the campground

No - in the concert bowl

​

Is there power in the campsites?
Yes!

There is power in the campground for your festive lights and such.

First come first served.

Is there water in the venue/campgrounds?
Yes.

​

Do you take cards at the gate?

Yes.

​

Is there an ATM on-site?
Yes.

Are there showers?
Yes.

​

Will there be a lot of shade?
Campground, lots.

The venue, a bit.

Will there be day passes?
Yes.

There will be day passes available for any day (Thu, Fri, Sat) 

Camping and parking are not included.

Is Thursday included in my Weekend Pass?
Yes.

​

Are fires allowed? Are fire rings provided? Can I bring my own ring/wood?
Fires are allowed.

Fire rings provided.

Wood is available for purchase.

Will ice be sold on-site?
Yes.

Can I bring my dog? 

Yes - in the campground

No - in the concert bowl

(service animals are allowed all access with proper ID)

Will there be security and medical? 
Yes.

River's Edge and Get Down will both have security teams on site.

Get Down also has staff members trained in harm reduction.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, BUT...

Outside alcohol will only be allowed in the campground

Outside alcohol will NOT be allowed within the concert bowl area.
